摘要 目的采用Box-Behnken效应面法对构树皮提取物乳膏的处方进行优化。方法乳膏优化的处方是凡士林-硬脂酸-液体石蜡(1.2∶1∶1)用量34%,乳化剂单硬脂酸甘油酯:十二烷基硫酸钠比例7∶1,甘油用量2%,乳膏均匀细腻,粒径不大于12.48μm,稳定性较好。结果以对乳膏质量影响较为显著的油相(凡士林-硬脂酸-液体石蜡1.2∶1∶1)质量分数(X1),乳化剂比(单硬脂酸甘油酯:十二烷基硫酸钠)(X2),甘油质量分数(X3)作为考察因素,对乳膏成型综合指标(Y)的主要影响因素进行优选,并考察乳膏处方优化后制剂的外观性状、粒度、pH、稳定性和总黄酮含量。结论Box-Behnken效应面法优化构树皮乳膏基质处方方法简单、精密度高、预测性好,制剂成品稳定、质量可控。 Objective To optimize the prescription of Broussonetia papyrifera bark extract cream using the Box-Behnken response surface method.Methods The method is based on the oil phase(Vaseline-stearic acid-liquid paraffin 1.2:1:1)mass fraction(X 1),emulsifier ratio(glyceryl monostearate:sodium lauryl sulfate)which has a significant effect on the quality of the cream)(X 2),glycerol mass fraction(X 3)as the investigation factors,the main influencing factors of the comprehensive index(Y)of the cream formation are optimized,and the appearance properties,particle size,pH,stability and stability of the formulation after the optimization of the cream prescription are investigated.Total flavonoid content.Results The optimized prescription for the cream is 34%of petroleum jelly-stearic acid-liquid paraffin(1.2:1:1),the emulsifier glyceryl monostearate:sodium lauryl sulfate ratio is 7:1,and the glycerol dosage is 2%,The cream is uniform and fine,the particle size is not more than 12.48μm,and the stability is good.Conclusion Box-Behnken response surface method to optimize the formulation of Broussonetia papyrifera cream base is simple,precise and predictable.The finished product is stable and the quality is controllable.Conclusion The matrix formulation of Broussonetia papyrifera Bunge cream optimized by box Behnken response surface methodology is simple,precise and predictable.The finished product is stable,and the quality is controllable.
