摘要 近年来新建电厂采用先进的DCS控制,在监控过程中,生成海量的人机交互历史数据,仅用于故障查询和事故分析,但未能有进一步的利用。采用大数据、人工智能等技术,借助数据处理软件,深度挖掘和整理数据,对系统和设备的运行特点、运行规律、人员习惯进行分析,做出相应的系统维护、操作建议等,进一步优化生产过程、节能增效、保障安全运行,并深入贯彻国家能源集团公司实现智慧化的战略目标。 In recent years,advanced DCS control has been adopted in new power plants.In the process of monitoring,a large amount of historical data of human-computer interaction is generated,which is generally only used for fault inquiry and accident analysis,but has not been further used.This paper uses big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,with the help of data processing software,in-depth mining and sorting out these data,analyzes the operation characteristics,operation rules and personnel habits of the system and equipment,and makes corresponding system maintenance and operation suggestions,the strategic goal of the State Energy Group Corporation in creating a world-class demonstration enterprise.
