摘要
该文通过收集2019届、2020届高职财经类学生的就业意愿、就业区域、就业行业、专业匹配、就业单位性质等信息,对呼和浩特市财经类高职学生初次就业情况进行调查分析,提出高职财经类毕业生就业质量的几项提升措施:对接产业和行业发展,建立人才培养动态调整机制;深化校政企深度合作,促进专业与岗位无缝对接;健全招生培养就业联动机制,实现大学生就业精准化服务;以就业岗位为导向,加强核心素养培育。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the first employment situation of higher vocational students of finance and economics in Hohhot,this paper,in view of the information of employment and graduation intention,employment area,employment industry,specialty matching,employment unit nature of finance and economics graduates in 2019 and 2020,puts forward some measures to improve the employment quality of financial graduates in higher vocational colleges:connecting with the development of industry and profession,establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism of talent cultivation;deepening the in-depth cooperation between universities,government and enterprises,promoting the seamless connection between specialty and post;improving the linkage mechanism of enrollment,training and employment,realizing the accurate service for college students’employment;taking the employment as the guidance,strengthening the cultivation of core literacy.
