摘要
随着新时代高校教育对象的更迭,高校大学生思想政治教育工作的要求越来越高,校友资源作为一种源源不断的跟随高校发展而发展的新兴资源,其对高校的人才培养模式改革、推动学校产学研结合和提高大学生就业率有很大的帮助,而且也是对在校大学生进行思想政治教育的良好素材。该文在分析校友资源育人与高校大学生思想政治教育关系的基础上,阐明校友资源育人在大学生思想政治教育中的作用机制,提出运用校友资源联合高校对大学生进行思政教育的方法路径,以期为提高我国高校思想政治教育工作提供一些指导性的对策建议,帮助高校更好、更快地完成新时代大学立德树人的根本任务。
With the changes in the educational objects of colleges and universities in the new era,the requirements for the ideological and political education of college students are getting higher and higher.As a kind of emerging resources that follow the development of colleges and universities,alumni resources have a great impact on the reform of the talent training model of colleges and universities,the combination of production,study,and research,and the improvement of the employment rate of college students,and also act as a good material for the ideological and political education of college students.Based on the analysis of the relationship between education through alumni resources and the ideological and political education of college students,this paper clarifies the active mechanism of education through alumni resources in the ideological and political education of college students,and proposes ways to use alumni resources to unite colleges and universities to carry out the ideological and political education of college students.It is expected to provide some guiding countermeasures and suggestions for improving ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities,and to help colleges and universities better and faster complete the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents in the new era.
