摘要
高校班团一体化建设有利于循序渐进地推进德育,形成全员育人工作网络,增强立德树人的实效。通过分析班团一体化建设实践中存在的组织结构不协调、班团两委工作能力的缺失、统筹协调力度不足、考核机制的缺漏等问题,从改革岗位设置、激发领军实力、构建联动协同推进机制、拓展考核结果应用面等角度入手,提出推进高校班团一化体建设的对策。
The class-League integrated construction in colleges and universities is conducive to the gradual advancement of moral education,the formation of a full-staff education network,and the enhancement of the effectiveness of enhancing morality and fostering talents.By analyzing the problems in the practice of class-League integrated construction,such as the uncoordinated organizational structure,the lack of work ability of the two committees,the lack of overall coordination and the lack of assessment mechanism,this paper explores the countermeasures to promote the class-League integrated construction in colleges and universities from the perspectives of reforming position setting,stimulating the leadership strength,building a cooperative promotion mechanism,and expanding the application of assessment results.
