摘要
高等职业教育是优化高等教育结构和培养高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,二级学院院长是发展的中坚力量。本研究通过对15位二级学院院长的深度访谈收集现实数据,采用扎根理论提炼归纳了院长角色,结合角色理论构建了高等职业院校二级学院院长角色模型。通过研究发现,高等职业院校二级学院院长角色由社会结构角色和个体互动角色两部分构成,社会结构角色包括角色规范和角色期望,个体互动角色包括个体角色扮演和个体角色行为。其中,技能竞赛组织者、社会服务推动者、校企合作牵头者、师资技能培养督促者是高等职业院校二级学院院长与本科学校院长的差异角色。
Higher vocational education is a major front in the optimization of higher education structure for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,wherein the deans of Tier-II schools serve a backbone role in this development.This study collected actual data by conducting in-depth interviews of fifteen Tier-II school deans,summarized their roles based on the Grounded Theory,and constructed a role model for them by combining the Role Theory.It was found through the study that their roles are comprised of two parts,namely,the role of social structure and that of individual interaction.The former includes role norms and expectations,while the latter includes individual role play and behavior.The roles of skill competition organizer,social service promoter,college-enterprise cooperation initiator,and teacher skill development supervisor are just some to distinguish these deans from those of undergraduate universities.
