摘要
电子书服务模式的多样性、资产属性界定的不统一及管理过程各环节的特殊性,使其资产化管理具有复杂性。应对电子书进行资产分类界定,从资产生命周期角度探究电子书资产管理策略,从增强电子书资产管理意识、健全完善资产管理长效机制、保证电子书知识产权合法性、注重合同履约验收与监督、加强资产管理信息系统建设等方面推进电子书资产化管理,不断完善高校国有资产管理体系。
The diversity of e-book service models,the inconsistent definition of asset attributes,and the particularity of each link in the management process make e-book asset management complex.We should classify and define the assets of e-books,research the e-book asset management strategy from the perspective of asset life cycle.Constantly improve the university’s state-owned asset management system from aspects such as enhancing the awareness of e-book asset management,improving the long-term asset management mechanism,ensuring the legality of e-book intellectual property rights,paying attention to the acceptance and supervision of contract performance acceptance,and strengthening asset management information system construction.
