摘要
目的分析鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者采取认知护理对生活质量的相关性影响。方法选取2018年5月~2020年5月于我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中心就诊的鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者,共纳入70例,依据双盲法分组,可将其划分为参照组(n=35)和试验组(n=35),参照组行普通护理,基于此基础,试验组采取认知护理,对比两组疗效,如生活质量、并发症等。结果试验组各生活质量评分与参照组比明显升高(P<0.05);试验组并发症较参照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术患者采取认知护理效果理想,能够减少并发症,改善生活质量,优化康复效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the impact of cognitive care on the quality of life in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who were treated in the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Center of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected.A total of 70 patients were enrolled.They were grouped according to the double-blind method and divided into the reference group(n=35)and the experimental group(n=35),the reference group received general nursing.Based on this,the experimental group adopted cognitive nursing to compare the efficacy of the two groups,such as quality of life,complications,etc.Results The quality of life scores in the test group were significantly higher than those in the reference group P<0.05;complications in the test group were significantly lower than those in the reference group P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of cognitive nursing for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps surgery is ideal,which can reduce complications,improve the quality of life,and optimize the rehabilitation effect.It is worthy of promotion.
