摘要
目的评价低温等离子射频消融治疗小儿腺样体肥大症的手术护理价值。方法选择2019年3月~2020年11月来我院接受体温等离子射频消融治疗的腺样体肥大症患儿为观察对象展开调查,选出66例按照随机单盲法均匀分成两组,对照组实施常规手术护理,观察组接受综合手术护理,每组各33例,对比两组患儿护理后的恢复效果以及并发症情况。结果观察组患儿护理后的恢复优良率显著高于对照组,其并发症发生率明显比对照组低,统计结果有意义(P<0.05)。结论临床针对手术治疗腺样体肥大症的患儿实施综合手术护理能有效提高手术的安全性和有效性,确保患儿快速恢复健康,值得临床推广借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the surgical nursing value of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Method Selected children with adenoid hypertrophy who came to our hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 to receive body temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation as the observation object to investigate,and selected 66 cases evenly divided into two groups according to random single blind method,and control The group received routine surgical care,and the observation group received comprehensive surgical care,with 33 cases in each group.The recovery effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery rate of children in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group.The statistical results are meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive surgical care for children undergoing surgical treatment of adenoid hypertrophy can effectively improve the safety and effectiveness of the operation and ensure that the children recover quickly.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
