摘要
随着新冠肺炎疫情对居民消费和零售业的影响越来越大,各级政府要因地制宜着力稳定居民消费,同时要不断推动零售业营销模式的创新和发展。基于企业的微观数据,以企业创新能力、消费升级为中介变量,研究了产业数字化转型对零售行业绩效的影响。研究发现:产业数字化转型显著正向影响企业创新能力、消费升级;企业创新能力显著正向影响消费升级;企业创新能力、消费升级具有链式中介作用。因此,应制定政策,加快推进产业数字化转型,提升创新能力,促进消费升级,推动零售行业的效益提升。
The novel coronavirus pneumonia has an increasingly large impact on the consumption and retail industry.Governments at all levels should focus on stabilizing the consumption of residents,and at the same time,constantly promote the innovation and development of retail marketing mode.Based on the micro data of enterprises,this paper studies the impact of industrial digital transformation on the performance of retail industry with the innovation ability and consumption upgrading as intermediary variables.Industrial digital transformation has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation ability and consumption upgrading.The innovation ability of enterprises has a significant positive impact on consumption upgrading.Enterprise innovation ability and consumption upgrading play a chain intermediary role.Therefore,we should formulate policies to accelerate the digital transformation of the industry,enhance innovation ability,promote consumption upgrading,and promote the efficiency of the retail industry.
