基于光谱分析的银纳米线质量评价方法

The Quality Evaluation Method for Silver Nanowires Based on Spectral Analysis

摘要 近年来,银纳米线在工业中的应用越来越频繁。银纳米线的质量尤为重要,使用普通电子显微镜进行质量评价成本较高,并且需要耗费大量时间和人力。通过银纳米线在特定波长下的紫外可见光谱能够更加快速地检测银纳米线的质量,特别是银纳米线的直径。 In recent years,the application of silver nanowires in industry is more and more frequent.The quality of silver nanowires is particularly important.The cost of quality evaluation by using common electron microscope is high,and it takes a lot of time and manpower.The quality of silver nanowires,especially the diameter of silver nanowires,can be detected more quickly by the ultraviolet-visible spectrum of silver nanowires at a specific wavelength.
