摘要
目的:分析双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合锌剂治疗学龄期厌食症患儿的效果。方法:选取学龄期厌食症患儿92例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,单一组44例采用锌剂治疗,联合组48例采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合锌剂治疗。比较两组疗效、微量元素、肠道微生态指标、摄食调控因子水平及复发率。结果:联合组治疗总有效率明显高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,联合组血清钙、锌、铁、β-EP、NPY水平及双歧杆菌、乳杆菌水平高于单一组,肠杆菌水平低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月、12个月,联合组复发率明显低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合锌剂治疗学龄期厌食症患儿疗效显著,可降低复发率,可能与增加微量元素、改善肠道微生态环境、调节摄食调控因子水平有关。
Objective:To analyze the effects of tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with zinc in the treatment of school-age children with anorexia.Methods:92 cases of school-age children with anorexia were randomized into 2 groups,44 cases in the monotherapy group were treated with zinc alone,while another 48 cases in the combined therapy group were treated with tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with zinc.The efficacy,trace elements,intestinal microecological indexes and intake regulatory factors and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of combined therapy group was significantly higher than that of monotherapy group(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum Ca,Zn,Fe,β-EP,NPY and the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in combined therapy group were higher than those in monotherapy group,while the level of enterobacterium in combined therapy group were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P<0.05);at 6 and 12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of combined group was significantly lower than that of single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tetralogy of viable bifidobacterium tablets combined with zinc can significantly reduce the recurrence rate in school-age children with anorexia,which may be related to the increase of trace elements,the improvement of intestinal microecological environment,and the regulation of food intake regulatory factors.
