摘要
子宫内膜容受性异常导致胚胎着床失败是复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)和胚胎反复种植失败(recurrent implantation failure,RIF)的重要原因。子宫内膜容受性的建立是多种细胞因子、化学分子参与的一个复杂的生理过程,其机制尚不明确。胚胎着床过程中,子宫内膜处于生理性低氧、低能量供给状态,此时细胞内低氧应答机制启动。低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)通过对血管生成、糖代谢、自噬等多种机制的调节参与了子宫内膜蜕膜化,从而使着床顺利进行。本文就HIF-1α在子宫内膜的表达及其在子宫内膜容受性的建立过程中可能的分子机制进行阐述。
It is well known that not only the embryo quality but also the endometrial receptivity leads to the unsuccessful embryo implantation,which is the cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)and recurrent implantation failure(RIF).The establishment of endometrial receptivity is a complex physiological process involving multiple cytokines and chemical moleculars,and the mechanisms are not yet clear.During embryo implantation,the endometrium is in a state of physiological hypoxia and low energy supply.At this time,the intracellular hypoxia response mechanism is activated.Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)participates in endometrial decidualization by regulating various molecular mechanisms,such as angiogenesis,glucose metabolism and autophagy,thereby enabling implantation to proceed smoothly.This article describes the expression of HIF-1αin the endometrium and its possible molecular mechanism during the establishment of endometrial receptivity.
