摘要
随着我国市场经济体制的不断前进,我国各个行业的发展得到显著提升,其中我国我医疗行业有着十分明显的变化。自从我国上世纪末开始启动医疗改革,到2009年我国第二次提出新医疗改革,这两次医疗改革都受到人们高度的关注。随着我国新医疗改革的的不断推进,对于医疗行业来说,有着翻天覆地的变化。该文旨在通过对新医改背景下医院运营管理模式的探讨,分析在新医疗背景下,医院运营管理要如何创新才能更好的适应新医改的变化。
With the continuous advancement of our country's market economic system,the development of various industries in our country has been significantly improved,and our country's medical industry has undergone significant changes.Since our country started medical reform at the end of the last century,and in 2009,our country proposed a new medical reform for the second time.Both of these medical reforms have received high attention from people.With the continuous advancement of our country's new medical reform,the medical industry has undergone earth-shaking changes.The purpose of this article is to explore how hospital operation and management models under the background of the new medical reform,and analyze how to innovate hospital operation and management in order to better adapt to the changes in the new medical reform.
