摘要
目的调查广东省江门市农村失能老人的家庭照护者对照护失能老人的态度、知识和技能掌握现状,为完善农村失能老人家庭照护模式提供参考。方法2019年7-8月,便利抽样选取江门市农村失能老人家庭照护者35名为研究对象,采用失能老人情况调查表、照护知识技能问卷和照护技能需求表、中文版照护者积极感受量表(PAC)对照护者进行调查,成功回收33份调查问卷。结果家庭照护者掌握的照护技能更偏向日常生活照料,对康复护理、心理方面的专业照护知识和技能掌握水平较低;家庭照护者知识和技能需求排位前5的分别是:失能老人患病相关知识、安全用药知识、饮食护理知识、记忆力改善和康复锻炼;照护者消极感受明显,照护压力大,分析原因主要是失能老人对照护依赖性大、照护内容多和家庭经济压力大等。结论农村失能老人家庭照护模式运行现状不容乐观,照护质量偏低,亟需建立农村失能老人家庭照护者知识和技能培训体系和平台,对家庭照护者进行相照护知识和技能培训;亟需健全农村失能老人家庭照护社会支持系统,为家庭照护者增能。
Objective To investigate the current status of attitudes,knowledge and skills of family caregivers of the disabled elderly in rural areas of Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,and provide references for improving the family care model of disabled elderly in rural areas.Methods From July to August 2019,35 family caregivers of the disabled elderly in rural areas of Jiangmen City were selected as the research objects by a convenient sampling.The questionnaire on the situation of the disabled elderly,the questionnaire on nursing knowledge and skills and the demand for care skills,and the Chinese version form of the positive feelings of caregivers(PAC)were used to survey with caregivers and successfully recover 33 questionnaires.Results The care skills mastered by family caregivers are more inclined to daily care,and the level of professional care knowledge and skills in rehabilitation nursing and psychology was low;family caregivers'knowledge and skills requirements rank top 5 positions were:knowledge related to illness,safe medication knowledge,diet and nursing knowledge,memory improvement and rehabilitation exercises for the disabled elderly;the negative feelings of caregivers were obvious,and the pressure of care was high.The main reasons for the analysis were the high dependence of the disabled elderly on nursing care and nursing care.The content was too much and the family financial pressure was great.Conclusion The current status of the operation of the family care model for the disabled elderly in rural areas is not optimistic,and the quality of care is low.It is urgent to establish a knowledge and skills training system and platform for family caregivers of the disabled in rural ar eas to train family caregivers;improve the social support system for family care of disabled elderly in rural areas to increase the energy of family care-givers.
