摘要
高职院校是培养创新型高技术高技能应用型人才的院校,要努力构建完善的创新创业教育体系,将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,培养具有创新精神、创业意识、创业能力的学生,实现学生高质量就业、满足经济社会高质量发展需求。学生高质量就业是学校高质量发展标志之一,实现学校高质量发展必须要进一步完善优化创新创业教育体系,包括创新创业教育的责任落实、课程体系、师资队伍、文化氛围、实践实训平台建设、政策保障等内容体系。
The vocational college is the place to train innovative high-tech and skilled professional personnel and so it has to build a perfect innovation and entrepreneurship education system and put innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training to cultivate students with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and professional ability to meet the needs of economic and social development.The paper argues that high quality employment of graduates from vocational colleges is one of the signs of high quality development of vocational colleges and to realize the high-quality development,vocational colleges must further improve and optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,including the implementation of responsibility of innovation and entrepreneurship education,curriculum system,teachers,cultural atmosphere,construction of practical training platform and policy guarantee.
