摘要 风挡振动试验夹具设计是当下制造业和工业的基础,也是各项生产加工型企业必须重视的工作流程。笔者根据风挡玻璃的振动试验要求和风挡振动试验夹具使用过程中出现的问题,从夹具的材料选用,通过增加夹具横向和侧向加强加强筋的厚度和宽度,改善各竖向立柱之间设计连接结构改进焊接工艺等措施来加强夹具的强度和刚度。综合多方面对夹具的设计结构进行了优化,通过振动仿真优化了夹具的固有频率,减少了夹具对振动试验的影响。经试验验证,证明该优化方案是实用可行的,对该类型试验夹具的设计具有一定的指导意义。 The design of windshield vibration test fixture is the basis of the current manufacturing and industry,and also the workflow that must be paid attention to by various production and processing enterprises.According to the requirements of windshield vibration test and the problems in the use of windshield vibration test fixture,the strength and stiffness of the fixture are strengthened by increasing the thickness and width of the transverse and lateral stiffeners of the fixture,improving the connection structure between the vertical columns,and improving the welding process.Through vibration simulation,the natural frequency of the fixture is optimized,and the influence of the fixture on vibration test is reduced.The experimental results show that the optimization scheme is practical and feasible,which has a certain guiding significance for the design of this type of test fixture.
