精密度在原棉含杂率检验比对分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了对多个实验室实验结果的一致性进行统计分析,本文利用原棉含杂率实验方法标准提供的精密度信息,对原棉含杂率检验实验室间比对进行举例分析。首先对各实验室内测试数据进行离群值和方差齐性检验,再根据精密度计算临界极差,以临界极差为判定依据,对A、B、C这3个实验室的实验结果进行比对分析。假设以A实验室为主实验室,分析A实验室与B、C实验室的测试结果是否一致。分析结果表明,A与B实验室、A与C实验室原棉含杂率实验结果之差小于临界极差,A与B和A与C实验室实验结果比对可以认为一致,但B与C实验室间实验结果之差超过临界极差,表明B与C实验室之间实验结果比对不一致,该方法可用于检测方法标准中给出精密度信息的各类检测结果的比对分析。该研究为实验室质量控制管理人员分析比对结果提供了参考依据。 In order to make a statistical analysis of the consistency of experimental results in multiple laboratories,this paper uses the precision information provided by the standard of test method of trash content of raw cotton to carry out an example analysis of inter-laboratory comparison of trash content of raw cotton.Firstly,the test data in each laboratory were tested for the outlier value and homogeneity of variance,and then the critical error was calculated according to the precision.Based on the critical error,the experimental results of Laboratories A,B and C were compared and analyzed.Assume that Laboratory A is the main laboratory,and analyze whether the test results of Laboratory A are consistent with those of Laboratory B and Laboratory C.Analysis results show that the differences of experiment results between labs A and B,and labs A and C are less than the difference between the raw cotton impurity rate extremely critical error,implying that the experimental results for labs A and B,and labs A and C can be regarded consistent,But the difference of the experimental results between labs B and C is more than the critical error,implying that the experimental results for labs B and C are inconsistency.This method can be used to compare and analyze all kinds of test results with precision information in the test method standard.This study provides a reference for the laboratory quality control personnel to analyze and compare the results.
