摘要
传统实体印章管理盖章效率低,存在私自盖章、人情章、一章多盖、盗刻公章使用等风险,难以追踪溯源。文章开展了基于一盖一码、红外监控电子围栏智能控制和面向多传感融合的物联网智能签章工作台装置等技术路线研究及验证,提出了一种适用于电网企业的全场景用印体系,研制了一套融合多传感器的物联网智能签章装置,开发设计了物联网智慧印章管控系统,并在某网省公司试点应用。与传统印章管理相比,智慧印章管控系统可实现企业用章全过程无死角监管、全痕迹留存与追溯,解决了用章各环节无法追溯及用印全流程安防防控难题,提升了企业用章效率,并由此降低了企业的相关管理成本。
Traditional seal management mainly relies on the registration of paper documents.The management efficiency of the seal is low.There are risks such as private seals,personal seals,multiple seals in one chapter,and the use of pirated official seals,making it difficult to trace.As a result,research and verification of technical routes based on one cover one code,infrared monitoring electronic fence intelligent control,and multi-sensor fusion-oriented IoT intelligent signature workbench device were carried out,and a full-scene printing system suitable for power grid enterprises was proposed,a set of IoT smart seal device integrating multi-sensor was developed.We developed and designed an IoT smart seal management and control system,and applied it on a pilot basis in a province grid company.Compared with traditional seal management,the smart seal management and control system can realize the entire process of corporate seal use without blind corner supervision,full trace retention and traceability,solve the problem of the inability to trace each link of the seal use and the security prevention and control problems of the entire process of seal use,and improve the efficiency of corporate seal use,reduce management costs.
