摘要
国家智能制造战略倒逼传统装备制造企业转型升级,这对一线的技术人员知识储备和学习能力就有了新的更高的要求,高职院校依据企业实际需求,有的放矢地培养复合型人才就显得尤为重要。辽宁轻工职业学院通过工作室共享平台搭建、机制创新、多措并举,着力培养学生的创新精神、创新思维、创新能力和创业能力,学生的双创能力显著提升,对促进高职学生综合素质的全面发展有着积极的作用。
The national intelligent manufacturing strategy forces the transformation and upgrading of traditional equipment manufacturing enterprises,which sets new and higher requirements for the knowledge reserve and learning ability of front-line technical personnel.Liaoning Vocational College of Light Industry focuses on cultivating students'innovative spirit,innovative thinking,innovative ability and entrepreneurial ability through the construction of workroom shared platform,mechanism innovation and multi-measures.Students'mass innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been significantly improved,which plays a positive role in promoting the all-round development of vocational students'comprehensive quality.
