摘要 针对北京铁路枢纽丰台站改建工程西站房承台大体积混凝土结构工程条件复杂、温控防裂技术要求较高的特点,从混凝土配合比设计、温控防裂设计、施工防裂措施等方面进行了探讨。结果表明:通过采用粉煤灰大掺量、低水化热混凝土,应用有限元模拟结果,制订通水冷却温控措施,施工过程中采取防裂控制,确保承台混凝土不出现温度裂缝,有力保障了施工质量。 Aiming at characteristics of the large-volume concrete structure of the west station building cap of the Fengtai station reconstruction project of the Beijing railway hub,such as complex engineering conditions and high temperature control and crack prevention technology requirements,the concrete mix ratio design,the temperature control and crack prevention design,and the construction crack prevention measures and other aspects are discussed.The results show that the temperature control measures of water cooling are formulated by using high doping of fly ash and concrete with low hydration heat,and according to finite element simulation,crack prevention control is adopted in the construction process,which ensures that the bearing platform concrete does not appear temperature cracks and effectively guarantees construction quality.
