摘要
维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者中大部分存在营养不良,营养不良不仅可以导致患者出现贫血、免疫力功能低下、透析耐受性差及频发感染,还可以直接影响患者的生存质量及生存率。而营养诊疗流程中的精准营养评估、营养治疗对其生存质量的维护起着至关重要的作用。目前,MHD患者系统的营养研究及应用尚且有限,为了更好地梳理MHD患者的营养诊疗问题,本文从营养评估方法、营养不良原因、营养治疗进行了综述,以期为MHD的规范营养诊疗及营养不良预防和治疗提供依据。
Most of patients who undergo maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)suffer from malnutrition,which can not only lead to anemia,immune hypofunction,poor dialysis tolerance and frequent infections,but also directly affect the life quality and survival rate of patients.The precise nutritional assessment and nutritional therapy in the nutritional diagnosis and treatment process play a vital role in maintaining the life quality of patients.At present,the systematic nutritional research and application of MHD patients are still limited.In order to better sort out the nutritional diagnosis and treatment problems of patients with MHD,this article reviews the nutritional assessment methods,causes of malnutrition,and nutritional treatment,so as to provide evidence for standardizing nutritional diagnosis and treatment of MHD as well as the prevention and treatment of malnutrition.
