摘要
传统的发电机适应性测试方法,测试结果存在较大误差,因此提出在低温环境中,电动汽车驱动发电机适应性的全新测试方法。该方法根据驱动发电机自身材料特点,计算单相电阻与温度之间的关系,获取其在低温环境中的工作特性;利用有限元模型,设置发电机适应性测试评估参数;通过分析噪声向外辐射方式,采用小波函数降噪处理,提升发电机适应性测试信噪比。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,此次提出测试方法的信噪比更高,测试结果更加准确。由此可见,该方法适用于对电动汽车驱动发电机的适应性测试要求。
Because of the big error in the traditional testing method of generator adaptability,a new testing method of electric vehicle drive generator adaptability in low temperature environment is put forward.According to the material characteristics of the drive generator,the relationship between the single-phase resistance and the temperature is calculated,and the working characteristics of the drive generator in low temperature environment are obtained Through analyzing the noise radiation mode,the wavelet function is used to reduce the noise,and the signal-to-noise ratio of the generator adaptability test is improved.The experimental results show that this method has higher signal-to-noise ratio and more accurate test results than the traditional method.Thus,the method is applicable to the adaptability test requirements of the drive generator of electric vehicle.
