一体化建造方法在圆筒型FPSO项目中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 圆筒型FPSO的船体部分舱室结构复杂,上部模块布局紧密,且船体主甲板和生产甲板之间布置有大量系统管线,顺序建造方法由于需要在总装和集成阶段对已安装的杆件进行一定程度地切割、打磨、并重新组对焊接及补漆,因而无法满足FPSO项目的工程质量和工程进度要求,必须采用一体化建造方法进行建造。海洋钢结构类工程项目的结构特点千差万别,一体化建造模式的具体应用也不尽相同。分析顺序建造方法的缺陷,总结一体化建造方法在对FPSO项目中使用的典型案例,将对提高后续FPSO项目的一体化建造程度大有裨益。 The cabin of Cylinder FPSO Hull has a relatively complex inner structure,and the layout of Topside Modules is relatively compact.Especially,a large mount of pipelines for multi-disciplines have been designed and arranged on the area between the main deck and the production deck.The Sequential Construction Method has to cut down,grind,fit up,and repair the painting of existing members to a certain degree,so that it can't reach the requirement of quality and process of FPSO projects.In this case,Integrated Construction Method must be adopted.The feature of diverse Marine Steel Structure varies greatly from each other,so the specific application of this concept will be different accordingly.Analyzing the defects of Sequential Construction Method and summarizing typical applications of Integrated Construction Method adopted in FPSO projects will have some positive effects on how to prompt the degree of Integration Construction significantly for other FPSO projects.
