摘要
梳理了“规模路径”和“传统路径”两种不同研究路径对农业发展转型和农业污染关系的研究,并从生产者视角对农业发展转型和农业污染关系进行了解释。“规模路径”认为通过扩大农业规模最终会改善工业化农业的高污染问题,因此要减少农业污染,应该继续扩大农业规模,减少农户和农场数量,淘汰非专业化的农业生产者;“传统路径”则认为,规模并不是决定性影响因素,集约生产的小农资源和养分的利用效率高,要改善农业污染问题实现农业可持续发展应该采取“小农农业生产方式”。生产者视角的引入解释了上述两种路径研究结论的不同,提出以农业生产者为基础进行农业转型对农业可持续发展具有重要作用。
This paper reviews the researches on the relationship between agricultural transformation and agricultural pollution based on“scale path”and“traditional path”,and throws light on the relationship between agricultural transformation and agricultural pollution from the perspective of producers.The“scale path”suggests that scaling the agriculture up will eventually reduce the high pollution of industrial agriculture.Therefore,to cut down agricultural pollution,we should continue to increase the scale of agriculture,limit the number of farms,and eliminate non-specialized agricultural producers.While the traditional path argues that the size is not the decisive factor.In order to reduce agricultural pollution and achieve sustainable agricultural development,“smallholder agricultural production mode”should be adopted.Then this paper explains the findings of the two approaches from the perspective of producers and points out that agricultural transformation based on agricultural producers plays an important role in sustainable agricultural development.
