摘要
目的探讨扶正化瘀方对原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)行肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后患者血清肿瘤标志物及肝功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2020年3月临沂市中医医院收治的103例TACE术后PHC患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例)。对照组患者给予术后常规对症治疗,观察组患者加用扶正化瘀方,3个月后评定两组的血清肿瘤标志物水平及肝功能情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清中甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原199(CA199)、组织多肽抗原(TPA)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组上述指标降低幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正化瘀方能降低行TACE术后PHC患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平,改善肝功能。
Objective To explore the effect of Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY)Recipe on serum tumor markers and liver function of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,103 patients with PHC after TACE were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment after operation,while patients in the observation group were given FZHY Recipe at the same time.After 3 months,the serum tumor markers and liver function of the two groups were evaluated.Results Compared with pre-treatment,two groups of post-treatment serum methotreprotein(AFP),cancer embryo antigen(CEA),sugar chain antigen 199(CA199),tissue polypeptide antigen(TPA),α-L-algal glycosidease(AFU),total bile the levels of erythropoietin(TBIL),alanine amino transferase(ALT)and mendonine amino transferase(AST)were all significantly reduced(P<0.05),but the observation group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FZHY Recipe can reduce the level of serum tumor markers and improve liver function in PHC patients after TACE.
