摘要
本文通过正交试验设计,验证了掺杂酸浓度、氧化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对聚苯胺性能的影响。并制备出产率可观、具备一定硬度、稳定的结构和较好导电性能的聚苯胺发泡材料。通过产率分析,电导率测试,电化学分析等手段对材料的合成条件和导电性能等进行了对比和研究。
In this paper,the effects of doping acid concentration,oxidant dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature and other factors on the properties of polyaniline were verified by orthogonal experimental design.Polyaniline foams with good yield,hardness,stable structure and good conductivity were prepared.By means of yield analysis,conductivity test and electrochemical analysis,the synthesis conditions and conductivity of the materials were compared and studied.
