摘要
历史建筑作为文化遗产的重要组成部分,是保存城市风貌的最好地标,因此保护城市风貌,最重要的就是保护历史建筑。本文以沈阳市1~4批历史建筑为研究对象,从风格类型、结构类型、空间布局、时间分布、空间分布、1~4批历史建筑差异性6个角度对沈阳市历史建筑的特点进行分析总结,并在此基础上归纳概括出沈阳市历史建筑的价值构成。最后对沈阳市历史建筑的保护利用现状进行分析,找出其现状所存在的问题和不足之处,为进一步对沈阳市历史建筑保护与活化利用提供一个有条理、有价值的基础资料。
As an important part of cultural heritage,historical buildings are the best landmarks to preserve the urban style and features.Therefore,the most important thing to protect the urban landscape is to protect the historical buildings.This paper takes 1-4 batches of historical buildings in Shenyang as the research object,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of historical buildings in Shenyang from six aspects of style type,structure type,spatial layout,time distribution,spatial distribution and the differences of 1-4 batches of historical buildings,and on this basis,sums up the value composition of Shenyang historical buildings.Finally,the paper analyzes the current situation of the protection and utilization of historical buildings in Shenyang,finds out the problems and shortcomings of the current situation,and provides orderly and valuable basic information for the further protection,activation and utilization of the historical buildings in Shenyang.
