摘要
随着智慧港口的快速发展,露天堆场的自动化、智能化管控越来越重要,其中准确快速测量露天堆场散装物料体积、堆场占用率等物理量是堆场智能化管理发展的重要工作。以天津港典型堆场为例,应用大疆悟二飞行器、禅思X5S云台相机、Agisoft Metashape软件,基于无人机摄影测量与SfM技术,建立了堆场散装物料的数字高程模型,得到了堆场料堆分布图,计算了料堆总体积和堆场占用率,研究了模型参数设置对测量精度和效率造成的影响。结果表明:该方法可快速准确地获得堆场料堆总体积和堆场占用率,每平方千米堆场的测量内外业耗时1h左右,料堆体积测量相对误差小于3%,堆场占用率测量绝对误差小于0.5%,满足堆场测量的实际需求。模型参数对最终的计算结果精度没有显著影响,但是模型参数设置越高,生成模型耗费的时间就越长,因此模型参数设置为最低时,时间成本最低,在大范围堆场测量中具有实用意义。基于无人机和SfM快速测量堆场散料体积的方法可改变传统的大型堆场管理模式。研究成果可以为堆场散料体积快速测量与堆场智能管控提供技术支撑。
With the rapid development of smart port,the automation and intelligent management of open storage yard becomes more and more important,in which the accurate and rapid measurements of the physical quantities,i.e.the volume of bulk materials in the open storage yard and the yard occupancy rate,etc.,are important for the development of intelligent management of the storage yard.By taking the storage yard of Tianjin Port as the study case,a digital elevation model for the bulk materials in the storage yard is established by means of the DJI Inspire 2 aircraft,Zenmuse X5S gimbal camera,and the software of Agisoft Metashape based on UAV photogrammetry and the technique of SfM(Structure from Motion),and then the distribution map of the stockpiles in the storage yard is obtained,from which the total volume of the stockpiles and the occupancy rate of the storage yard are calculated,while the influences from the model parameter settings on the measurement accuracy and efficiency are investigated as well.The results show that the total volume of the stockpiles in the storage yard and the yard occupancy rate can be accurately and rapidly obtained by the proposed method within about 1 hour for the indoor and outdoor work to measure the yard per square kilometer,for which the relative error of the volume measurement of the stockpiles is less than 3%and the absolute error of the yard occupancy rate measurement is less than 0.5%,thus the actual demand of the measurement of the storage yard can be satisfied.The model parameters have no significant influences on the accuracies of the final calculation results,but the higher the model parameters are set,the longer the time to generate the model is to be.Therefore,the time cost is the lowest when the model parameters are set to the lowest,which has a practical significance for the measurement of large-scale yard.The method of UAV and SfM-based volume measurement of bulk materials in large-scale storage yard can change the conventional mode of storage yard management,and then the st
