摘要
自然保护地是国家为保护生态系统、历史遗迹设立的重要生态功能区。但当我国自然保护地存在空间冲突、管理杂乱、权责不明等问题时,如何科学合理地解决此类问题成为当前的社会研究热点。本文对济南市历下区四个典型自然保护地的空间冲突类型进行梳理,并给予优化整合方案,提出实际的管理建议。
Nature reserve is an important ecological functional zone set up by the state to protect the ecological system and historical sites.However,when there are some problems of spatial conflict management and unclear rights and responsibilities in nature reserve of China,how to solve such problems scientifically and reasonably has become the current social research hotspot.In this paper,the spatial conflict types of four natural protected areas in Lixia District of Jinan City are sorted out,and the optimal integration plan is given,and the practical management suggestions are put forward.
