The Impact of the Development of Production Outsourcing Services on the Allocation of Rural Labor——Based on the Perspective of Farm Household Heterogeneity and Link Heterogeneity

摘要本文关注生产外包服务发展对农村劳动力非农化配置的影响,并着重探讨在考虑农户异质性与环节异质性时上述影响的差异。首先从理论上分析在考虑农户异质性与环节异质性情况下,生产外包服务发展对农村劳动力非农化配置的影响机制,随后使用跨度15年的4期面板村级数据与农户数据对上述影响机制进行验证。研究发现,总体上生产外包服务发展对村庄劳动力非农化配置有显著正向影响,但不同环节的生产外包服务的可获得性以及劳动力节约程度对农户的劳动力非农化配置影响存在较大的差异,具体表现为水稻和玉米的机耕环节、植保环节以及水稻的机收环节在促进劳动力非农化配置中存在显著正向影响,水稻和玉米的机播环节、玉米机收环节则无显著作用;另外,生产外包服务发展对劳动力非农化配置的影响因农户种植规模差异而有所不同,规模越大的农户,生产外包服务的发展对促进其劳动力非农化配置的影响越小,反而会增加其对土地的附着力。 This research focuses on the impact of the development of production outsourcing services on the allocation of rural labor and focuses on the differences in the above effects when considering the heterogeneity of farmers and the heterogeneity of links.The research first theoretically explained the impact path of the development of production outsourcing services on the allocation of rural labor in the case of considering the heterogeneity of farmers and the heterogeneity of the links and then used the four-phase panel data and farmers data spanning 15 years to affect the above impact Mechanism for verification.The study found that overall the development of village production outsourcing services has a significant positive impact on the non-agricultural deployment of labor,but the development level of outsourcing services in different links has a large difference in the impact of rural households on the allocation of labor.The specific manifestations are mechanical farming and plant protection.The mechanical harvesting of rice has a significant positive impact in promoting the non-agricultural deployment of labor.The mechanical sowing and corn harvesting have no significant effect;the impact of the development of production outsourcing services on the non-agricultural deployment of labor depends on the scale of farming.The difference is different.The larger the scale of farmers,the smaller the impact of the development of production outsourcing services on promoting the non-agricultural allocation of labor,but it will increase its adhesion to the land.
