一起锅炉低温过热器吹损泄漏事件的深入分析 被引量:1

摘要 对一起初步认定为监盘、巡检和消缺管理不到位及热工逻辑不完.善造成的锅炉低温过热器吹损泄漏事件进行深入调查,通过爆口宏观形貌、管子和防磨瓦吹损痕迹、吹灰系统设备状况等分析,判断这起吹损泄漏事件还与吹灰系统存在蒸汽严重带水、吹灰器压力长期未整定等因素有关,并在此基础上,提出相应的措施,指导电厂进一步防范锅炉受热面吹损泄漏,同时,整个深入分析过程对类似的锅炉泄漏失效分析也具有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the analysis of the macroscopic appearance of the blast opening,the trace of pipe and anti-wear tile blowing and the condition of the equipment of the soot-blowing system,concluded that the leakage event is also related to the serious water-carrying of steam in the soot blowing system and the long-term un in the soot blowing system,and on this basis,the corresponding measures are put forward to guide the power plant to further prevent the leakage of the boiler from blowing damage on the hot surface.At the same time,the whole depth analysis process also has the similar boiler leakage failure analysis.
