摘要
照相底片背涂层极易滋生霉菌,严重影响底片记载影像的完整性与清晰度。运用次氯酸钠溶液去除霉变底片背涂层霉斑,采用激光共聚焦显微镜和分光光度计对霉变背涂层去除前后的底片表面形貌、粗糙度和反射率进行表征分析表明,该方法可有效去除底片背涂层因霉菌繁殖形成的粗糙界面,消除霉变底片粗糙界面对光的反射导致洗印照片产生的白斑,且不会对底片的机械强度和耐久性产生影响。该方法可有效恢复底片记载影像信息的清晰度与完整性,同时消除霉菌对底片的长期危害。
The back coating of photographic film is easy to breed mold,which seriously affects the integrity and clarity of the recorded image.Sodium hypochlorite solution was used to remove mildewy spots on the back coating of mildewy negative.The surface topography roughness and reflectivity before and after removal of mildewy negative back coating were characterized and analyzed by laser confocal microscope and spectrophotometer.The results show that this method can effectively remove the rough surface of the back coating of the film caused by mold reproduction,eliminate the reflection of light from the rough surface of the mildewy film,and eliminate the white spots produced in the printing photos.The mechanical strength and durability of the film will not be affected.This method can effectively restore the clarity and integrity of the recorded image information on the film and eliminate the hidden danger of mold to the film for a long time.
