摘要
雷公藤被广泛运用于炎症性疾病或自身免疫性疾病中,大量临床和动物、细胞实验研究证实雷公藤及其提取物具有显著的抗炎效应。随着雷公藤抗炎作用机制的不断深入研究,认为雷公藤可能通过NF-κB、MAPK、STAT、NLRP3炎性小体及Wnt等多种信号通路,调控免疫细胞的功能和细胞因子、黏附分子或炎性介质的表达,发挥抗炎作用。将雷公藤发挥抗炎作用的信号转导机制进行综述,为其作为应用前景广阔的抗炎药物提供依据。
Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii) is widely used in inflammatory diseases or autoimmune diseases. A large number of clinical, animal and cell experiments have confirmed that Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii) and its extracts exhibit significant anti-inflammatory effects. With the continuous deep research of the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii), it is believed that Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii) may regulate the functions of immune cells and the expressions of cytokines, adhesions, inflammatory indicators through various signaling pathways, including NF-κB, MAPK, STAT, NLRP3 inflammasome and Wnt, thereby exerting anti-inflammatory effects. In this paper, the signal transduction mechanism of Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii) for its anti-inflammatory effect was reviewed to provide evidence for its application as an anti-inflammatory drug with broad prospects.
