摘要
查阅近年相关文献,对植物代谢组学在药用植物中应用进行综述。阐明了植物代谢组学研究方法、在药材鉴别及质量评价、中药炮制机制、药用植物次级代谢途径机制、辅助育种、天然药物开发方面的研究。为植物代谢组学在药用植物中深入研究提供参考。
The application of plant metabolomics in medicinal plants was reviewed in recent years. The research methods of plant metabolomics, identification and quality evaluation in medicinal plants, processing mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, mechanism of secondary metabolic pathway of medicinal plants, assisted breeding, and development of natural drugs were clarified, providing reference for further study of plant metabolomics in medicinal plants.
