摘要
以2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基哌啶、氯丙烯和氢氧化钠为原料合成4-烯丙氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、溶剂用量和催化剂用量等条件对合成的影响,确定最佳操作条件为:反应温度为49~51℃,反应时间为6 h,反应物摩尔配比为:n(氯丙烯)∶n(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基哌啶)∶n(氢氧化钠)为0.47∶0.1∶0.39,收率可达到95.3%,纯度为99.5%。
4-allyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine was synthesized from 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine,chloropropene and sodium hydroxide.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of raw materials,amounts of solvent and catalyst on the synthesis were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:The reaction temperature was 49~51℃,the reaction time was 6 h,the molar ratio of reactants n(chloropropene)∶n(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine):n(sodium hydroxide)was 0.47∶0.1∶0.39,the yield rate was 95.3%,and the purity was 99.5%.
