摘要
目的:探讨护患沟通技巧在胫骨平台骨折后康复护理中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月~2020年5月,某院收治90例胫骨平台骨折患者,并按照计算机随机分组法将90例患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施基础护理,研究组应用护患沟通技巧,获取两组护理相关数据,并进行对比分析。结果:研究组患者干预后的焦虑水平、抑郁水平低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预1月、干预3月后的Lysholm膝关节评分、VAS疼痛评分优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胫骨平台骨折后康复护理中应用护患沟通技巧,可有效改善患者的心理状态,减轻患者的疼痛症状,提高患者的膝关节功能。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in rehabilitation nursing after tibial plateau fracture.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2020,90 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the computer randomization method.The control group received basic care,while the study group applied nurse-patient communication skills.The nursing data of the two groups was obtained and comparative analysis was made.Results:The level of anxiety and depression in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Lysholm knee score and VAS pain score of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group after 1 month and 3 months of intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient communication skills in rehabilitation nursing after tibial plateau fracture can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the pain symptoms of patients,and improve the knee joint function of patients.
