摘要
为了充分认识与了解大豆新品种合农118,本文对该品种选育与试验及亲本系谱分析结果进行了系统阐述。大豆新品种合农118是以北豆5号为母本,以黑河35为父本,采用杂交育种与分子设计育种技术结合的方法选育而成,2020年由国家农作物品种审定委员会审定推广。该品种生育日数111 d,需≥10℃活动积温1850℃,为超早熟品种;百粒重18~20 g,粗蛋白质含量39.65%,粗脂肪含量18.20%;中感花叶病毒病SMVⅠ号株系和SMVⅢ号株系,抗灰斑病;品种区域试验产量2176.5 kg·hm^(-2),较标准品种华疆2号增产10.9%,生产试验产量2056.5 kg·hm^(-2),较对照品种华疆2号增产4.5%。该品种亲本系谱组成涉及亲本材料51个,含有国内著名品种满苍金、荆山朴、合丰25、北呼豆、北丰11、黑河3号、黑河54、黑河35等,国外著名品种Wilkin、十胜长叶、尤比列、黑龙江41(俄罗斯)等,国内优良种质材料克交4430-20、北交69-1483、黑交83-1345等,这些优异亲本材料在品种进化与改良过程中起到了核心或骨干支撑作用。
In order to fully understand the new soybean variety Henong 118,breeding and testing of this variety and pedigree analysis of its parents were summarized in this paper.The new soybean variety Henong 118 was bred by crossbreeding and molecular design breeding.The female parent was Beidou 5 and the male parent was Heihe 35.This variety was approved and promoted by national crop variety certification committee in 2020.It was a super early maturing soybean variety with growing days of 111 days and needed a accumulated temperature of 1850℃above 10℃.The 100-seed weight was rang 18 to 20 g.The protein content was 39.65%and oil content was 18.20%.It was medium susceptibility to SMVⅠ&Ⅲand resistance to phytophthora.The average yield of national regional trial was 2176.5 kg·hm^(-2),which 10.9%higher than the control variety Huajiang 2.The average yield of national production test was 2056.5 kg·hm^(-2),which 4.5%higher than the control variety Huajiang 2.There were 51 soybean materials involved to the parent pedigree composition.Such as domestic famous varieties Mancangjin,Jingshanpu,Hefeng 25,Beihudou,Beifeng 11,Heihe 3,Heihe 54,Heihe 35,etc.Famous foreign varieties such as Wilkin,Tokachi-Nagah,ubilet,heilongjiang 41(Russia),etc.Domestic excellent germplasm materials such as Kejiao 4430-20,Beijiao 69-1483,Heijiao 83-1345,etc.These excellent parent materials played a core or backbone role in the process of breed evolution and improvement.
