摘要
新时期工匠精神应该进行动态的解读。当前"工匠精神"缺失的原因有历史文化的偏见、社会价值观的急功近利、经济体制和法律制度的不完善、职业教育理念和模式的不完备、政府的政策扶持和监管不到位、企业参与力度不够等。在自我效能理论视阈下,培育工匠精神包括营造尊技崇匠的社会氛围、完善社会分配和法律制度、优化职业教育的人才培养理念和模式、健全政府完善技能人才学历提升机制与保障政策、推动企业深度参与职业教育等途径。
Craftsman spirit in the new era should be interpreted in a dynamic way.The lack of"craftsman spirit"in today’s society are caused by a variety of reason,for example,historical and cultural prejudice,the social mainstream values advocating quick success and instant benefit,the incompleteness of economic system and legal system,the imperfection of vocational education concepts and modes,the inefficiency of government’s policy support and supervision,and the insufficient enterprise’s participation,etc.From the perspective of self-efficacy theory,in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship,we should create the social atmosphere of respecting skill and admiring craftsman,improve the social distribution and legal system,optimize the talent training mode and concept of vocational education,perfect the mechanism and guarantee policies for skilled talents to upgrade academic qualifications,and encourage enterprises’deep participation in vocational education.
