超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测试改性罗丹明6G有机纯度

摘要 针对新型染料改性罗丹明6G,建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS)纯度测定方法。先通过质谱扫描确定杂质质量数,再从超高效液相色谱端进样分离,选择离子监测(SIR)模式扫描,主成分自身对照法计算有机纯度。结果表明,本方法测试结果与液相色谱法相符,RSD=0.24%(n=6),方法可用于改性罗丹明6G的有机纯度测试。 A organic purity test method was developed for the new dye modified Rhodamine 6G using ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).The impurity mass number was determined by mass spectrometry,and then the impurity was separated from the sample by ultra performance liquid chromatography,scan in mode selected ion recording(SIR),and the organic purity was calculated by principal component self-control method.The results show that test results are consistent with those of liquid chromatography,and the precision of this method is 0.24%(n=6).The method can be used for the organic purity determination of dye modified Rhodamine 6G.
