摘要
目的观察和分析胃癌根治术临床中运用快速康复多学科合作团队模式的干预效果和作用影响。方法随机择选106例于我院胃肠外科根治手术治疗的胃癌患者作为本次研究对象。随机数字表法分组:常规组行常规干预,合作组行快速康复多学科合作团队模式,统计分析两组的术后恢复、临床效果以及并发症情况。结果在术后通气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率方面,合作组较之常规组均明显偏少,P <0.05;临床总有效率和总满意度方面,合作组(94.34%,92.45%)较之常规组(83.02%,81.13%)明显偏高,P <0.05。对比存在统计学意义。结论快速康复多学科合作团队模式进行胃癌根治术临床干预,其效果良好,术后恢复快、并发症等少,具有临床应用的价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the intervention effect and effect of multidisciplinary team model of rapid rehabilitation in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 106 patients with gastric cancer treated by radical surgery in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method:the routine group received routine intervention,and the cooperation group received the rapid rehabilitation multidisciplinary cooperation team model.The postoperative recovery,clinical effect and complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results In terms of postoperative ventilation time,eating time,ambulation time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications,the cooperation group was significantly less than the conventional group,P<0.05;in terms of clinical total effective rate and total satisfaction,the cooperation group(94.34%,92.45%)was significantly higher than the conventional group(83.02%,81.13%),P<0.05.The comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation multidisciplinary cooperation team model for clinical intervention of gastric cancer radical surgery,its effect is good,postoperative recovery is fast,fewer complications,has the value of clinical application.
