摘要
随着我国经济与科技的不断发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,对于健康生活以及医疗服务的要求也越来越高,面对复杂多变的市场发展形势,各医院内部也在不断升级改造,完善内部管理体系,促进医院的现代化发展。对于医院的日常经营管理工作来说,医院不仅需要为人们提供医疗服务,同时还需要重视医院日常管理运营工作,不断完善基层管理队伍建设,专注医学相关技术的研究,进而促进整个人类社会的和谐发展。因此,医院应该重视日常的人力资源以及运营管理工作,明确管理工作的自主性与广泛性,针对医院管理工作现存的挑战与问题,医院管理人员以及医疗服务人员都应该主动提升自己的管理意识,明确自己的管理职责,参与政治建设工作,共创现代化医院。本文将从基层医院管理队伍建设角度入手,分析管理队伍建设工作的意义、现存问题并提出相关的解决策略,进一步促进医院的现代化发展,提高我国整体的医疗工作水平。
With the continuous development of economy and technology in China,people’s living standards have been gradually improved,and the requirements for healthy life and medical service are also higher and higher.Facing the complex and changeable market development situation,the hospitals are constantly upgrading and reforming,improving the internal management system and promoting the modernization of the hospital.For the daily operation and management of hospital,the hospital not only needs to provide medical services for people,but also needs to pay attention to the daily management and operation of the hospital,improve the construction of grass-roots management team,focus on the research of medical related technology,and promote the harmonious development of the whole human society.Therefore,the hospital should pay attention to the daily human resources and operation management,and make clear the autonomy and universality of the management.In view of the existing challenges and problems in hospital management,hospital managers and medical service personnel should actively improve their management consciousness,clarify their management responsibilities,participate in political construction work and create modern hospitals together.This paper will start from the construction of the management team of the grass-roots hospital,analyze the significance of the construction of the management team,the existing problems and put forward the relevant solutions,further promote the modernization of the hospital,improve the overall level of medical work in China.
