摘要
随着物联网技术快速地发展、成熟,以单片机为主的智能化小车逐渐在国防、探险、巡查等多个领域崭露头角,在防控排爆、生产安全隐患巡检等领域可以采用智能化小车来替代人工操作。文中设计了一种基于STM32单片机的智能交互式平衡小车,该平衡小车以STM32F429ZTI6作为微机控制中心,使用OV5640摄像头、MPU6050陀螺仪、STM32F103最小系统、SYN7318语音模块实现图像处理、语音人机交互功能,使用MPU6050陀螺仪、TB6612电机驱动模块、稳压模块、HC-SR04超声波模块实现小车平衡、动力支持和前方路障规避等功能。测试表明,智能交互式平衡小车运行正常,达到了预期的参数指标,可以实现自主平衡、自主规划和图像识别处理,可应用在消防、无人巡查、娱乐等领域。
With the rapid development and maturity of the Internet of Things(IoT)technology,the intelligent car based on Single-Chip Microcomputer(SCM)is gradually emerging in many fields such as national defense,exploration,inspection and so on.Also,in the fields of prevention,control of explosion and inspection of production safety hazards,intelligent cars can be used instead.This passage designs an intelligent car which is interactive balance based on STM32 single chip microcomputer.The balance car takes STM32 F429 ZTI6 as the microcomputer control center,while using OV5640 camera,MPU6050 gyroscope,STM32 F103 minimum system.It uses SYN7318 voice module to realize image processing and voice human-computer interaction functions.And it contains MPU6050 gyroscope,TB6612 motor drive module,stabilized voltage module while HC-SR04 ultrasonic module are used to realize the functions of car balance,power support and obstacle avoidance.The test results show that the intelligent interactive balance car runs normally and reaches the expected parameters.It can realize autonomous balance,self-help planning and image recognition processing.According to this,it can be applied in the fields of fire protection,unmanned inspection,entertainment,etc.
