摘要
随着现代社会经济的不断发展,人们越来越关注身体素质的提高。中学体育教师在开展课堂教学活动时,科学地应用功能动作训练,能够实现学生力量素质、速度素质、耐力素质、灵敏素质和柔韧速度的有效提升,进而提升课堂教学效果。本文首先分析了功能动作训练和学生身体素质的具体内容,然后以此为基础,综合探究功能动作训练的具体影响,分别从学生身体素质、运动伤害、锻炼兴趣和适应能力四个方面展开具体论述,希望为体育教师有序开展教学工作创建良好的条件。
With the continuous development of modern society and economy,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of physical fitness.When middle school physical education teachers carry out classroom teaching activities,scientifically apply functional movement training,which can effectively improve students'strength,speed,endurance,agility and flexibility speed,thereby enhancing the classroom teaching effect.This article first analyzes the specific content of func‐tional motor training and students'physical fitness,and then,based on this,comprehensively explores the specific impact of functional motor training,and discusses specifically from the four aspects of students'physical fitness,sports injury,exercise interest and adaptability.I hope to create good conditions for physical education teachers to carry out teaching work in an orderly manner.
