摘要
目的观察真武汤-艾灸序贯疗法对心力衰竭(阳虚水泛型)患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月收治的108例心力衰竭(阳虚水泛型)患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为试验组(54例)与对照组(54例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上上午9:00给予真武汤加味口服,下午4:00给予艾灸气海、关元、水道治疗,治疗4周后比较2组患者的治疗效果,观察指标为NAHY心功能分级、Lee氏心衰积分、中医证候积分、左室射血分数、BNP疗效指标、安全性分析。结果治疗4周后,试验组患者的NYHA心功能分级、Lee氏心衰积分、中医证候积分、左室射血分数、BNP疗效指标明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阳虚水泛型心力衰竭患者采用真武汤-艾灸序贯疗法治疗,能明显改善患者心功能及临床症状,值得临床上广泛推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhenwu decoction and moxibustion sequential therapy on heart failure of water overflowing due to yang deficiency type.Methods 108 patients with heart failure(water overflowing due to yang deficiency type)admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group(54 cases)and the control group(54 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group,at 9 a.m.and 4 p.m.,they were given moxibustion and Qihai(RN6),Guanyuan(RN4)and Shuidao(ST28).4 weeks after treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared,and the indicators for the NAHY cardiac function grading,Lee’s heart failure,TCM syndrome integral,left ventricular ejection fraction,the BNP curative effect and safety analysis were observed.Results NYHA cardiac function grade,Lee’s heart failure score,TCM syndrome score,left ventricular ejection fraction,and BNP efficacy indexes were significantly improved in the experimental group and the control group after 4 weeks of treatment,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction and moxibustion sequential therapy can significantly improve the cardiac function and clinical symptoms in patients with heart failure of water overflowing due to yang deficiency type,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
