摘要
目的通过补中益气汤合六味地黄汤对慢性肾小球肾炎患者进行干预,观察其临床疗效。方法60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者分成对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以口服补中益气汤合六味地黄汤,治疗连续服药60 d。观察治疗前后中医症状得分、BUN、Scr、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞数目。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组中医症状得分、BUN、Scr、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞数目显著更低,临床总有效率显著更高。结论补中益气汤合六味地黄汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果显著,能显著减少尿血和尿蛋白,改善肾功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 60 patients of chronic glomerulus were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given oral Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Liuwei Dihuang decoction on the basic treatment of the control group.The treatment lasted for 60 days.The scores of TCM symptoms,BUN,Scr,urine protein quantitative,urine red blood cell number and 24-hour urinary protein quantity were observed before treatment and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score,BUN,Scr,24-hour urinary protein quantitative,urinary red blood cell number of the observation group was significantly lower after treatment,and the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher.Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction has a remarkable effect in treating chronic glomerulonephritis,which can significantly reduce urine blood and urine protein,and improve renal function.
