摘要
随着GIS设备在特高压技术中的应用快速增多,传统维修设备已经无法满足相应维修需求。研制了一种新型维修用六自由度机器人装备,专门用于解决1000 kV特高压技术中GIS设备的维修问题。实践证明该装备相比传统方式可将调整精度提高10~100倍,且至少缩短约50%的维修周期。因此,该设备能在提高维修成功率的同时降低维修损耗,从而有效保障供电系统的稳定性和连续性。
As applications of Gas Insulated Switchgears(GIS)in the Ultra High Voltage(UHV)technology are increasing fastly,the traditional fix equipment cannot satisfy the current requirement of equipment maintenance.In this study,a new Six-DOF Maintenance Robot was developed,which specially used to solve the maintenance work problem of GIS that used in 1000 kV UHV technology.Moreover,the validation experiment had already proven that the new type equipment can improve the accuracy of adjustment to 10~100 times and save at least 50%maintain cycle compared to traditional methods.Therefore,the new type of 1000 kV GIS Six-DOF maintenace robot can ensure the stability and continuity of power supply system,because of the improved maintainance success rate and the decreased maintainance time.
