摘要
近年来,越来越多的中国企业开始实施“走出去”战略,将中国产品销往世界各地,在此过程中不可避免地参与到与全球不同厂商的竞争中。本文旨在通过分析我国企业在国际市场竞争中普遍存在的问题,进而从价值链管理角度探讨了提升企业出口竞争力的对策。
In recent years,more and more Chinese companies have begun to implement the“going out”strategy to sell Chinese products to all parts of the world.In this process,they will inevitably participate in competition with different manufacturers around the world.This article aims to analyze the common problems of Chinese enterprises in the international market competition,and then discuss the countermeasures to enhance the export competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of value chain management.
