摘要
为更好的保障煤矿机电设备的安全稳定运行,基于近年来煤矿机械化程度不断提高的发展背景,介绍了煤矿机电设备的安装要点,从安装流程,安装过程以及安装总结提出了一些控制煤矿机电设备安装质量的措施,并根据煤矿机电设备运行情况,把煤矿机电设备的故障大致分为了:故障形成期,故障偶发期,故障消耗期,针对各个时期的特点提出了一些煤矿机电设备的日常维护管理措施,通过应用这些措施,能更好的防治煤矿机电设备故障,更好的保障煤矿机电设备的高产,高效。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment,based on the development background of constantly improving of the degree of coal mine mechanization in recent years,this paper introduces the installation points of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and puts forward some measures to control the installation quality of coal mine electromechanical equipment from the aspects of installation process,installation process and installation summary.According to the operation situation of coal mine electromechanical equipment,the faults of coal mine electromechanical equipment are roughly divided into:fault formation period,fault occasional period and fault consumption period.According to the characteristics of each period,this paper puts forward some daily maintenance and management measures of coal mine electromechanical equipment.By applying these measures,the faults of coal mine electromechanical equipment can be better prevented and the high yield and high efficiency of coal mine electromechanical equipment can be better guaranteed.
