摘要
大多数水电站水轮发电机组调速器接力器油缸使用法兰连接,法兰连接部位出现渗漏情况较多。针对一起机组运行中出现的调速器接力器油缸法兰漏油故障,进行了原因分析,并提出了处理方法及防范措施。
Most of the hydroelectric power station hydroelectric generator sets governor servomotor cylinders use flange connections,and there are more leakages at the flange joints.In view of the oil leakage fault of the oil cylinder flange of the governor servomotor that occurred during the operation of the unit,the cause was analyzed,and the treatment methods and preventive measures were put forward.
